When I first learned about Ircon-Solaronics, I was drawn to its long-standing expertise in industrial drying solutions and its strong reputation within the industry. The combination of technical innovation and a stable, well-established environment made it an ideal place to grow as an engineer. What has made me stay is the company culture. There is a genuine spirit of collaboration, openness, and trust. Colleagues are always willing to share their knowledge, and new ideas are welcomed, which creates a supportive and inspiring workplace.
No two days are alike, which makes the work dynamic and engaging. My role as a design engineer often involves developing and adapting solutions to meet specific customer needs. Collaboration across borders is a key part of this process. I frequently exchange drawings, participate in design reviews, and coordinate with colleagues in different countries to ensure the best results for our customers. Despite the geographical distance, communication is seamless, and teamwork remains at the heart of every project.
